I don’t feel they’ve changed the rules. It’s more like trump feels he should write the rules to suit himself. You have to have 1257 delegates to win. He says if he has the most (but not 1257), he should still win. I never watch the Hatefest, but this year, I’m getting popcorn.
The system no longer functions as it was intended and this year the GOP is practically ensuring a Hillary victory by disenfranchising the voters. Serves the people right though they believe what ever tickles their ears in the main stream media and they no longer understand how representative Government works so it is easily co opted by the criminal class. It has always been co opted this way but now no one is paying attention or cares. To be fair the DNC is no different just a different story line to tickle the ears of people on the left. When all is said and done the man hidden behind the curtain pulling the switches and levers with smoke and mirrors wins.

BTW, Cruz was just more savvy in getting delegates appointed who would be loyal to him on the second vote. trump, as usual, not savvy, just lazy.
