Yah. Perky is so 80s. I remember seeing Sandy Duncan in a local bank commercial. She was a teller helping a customer. A Mr Yannarappapopparopulious. And she spelled it correctly. Funny commercial. That was before she lost her eye.
I wonder which TV movie Berkeley Breathed saw her in and did not like. She was in something called Parade of Stars in 1983. Doesn’t sound very good, so it could’ve been that one.
