The Total Perspective Vortex is pretty nasty.

Funny because i literally tiptoe around the insects that clean up my bird feeders. I figure that ant, if interviewed, would express a sincere longing to stay alive, given a choice.

Milo is right, our current frame of mind is all about perspective………

The smallest person is the one who has to step on others to make to make him/herself feel big. Not specifically a political comment, but take it as you will.

We are small and insignificant in the universe and if more people understood this, the world would be a much better place.

Flashback 40 years ago to a friend of mine’s 3YO stomping on ants in the driveway and laughing like Renfro.

a pest control guy showed up at my door the other day, started yapping about killing my spiders — after informing him in no uncertain terms that I DO NOT KILL Spiders and would very much prefer them controlling flying insects (which they are obviously earning their keep in catching and eating) than having dengue or something – he left. Hopefully for good.

However, nothing more satisfying than squashing a mosquito.
