This is what I hear when I hear one of our fabled Czars, who may or may not have worked on a line that differentiates one country from another… much further south from the Canadian border… who may or may not have ever even been to such a line. Who’s to really say? I mean now, really! For these issues and matters are too much for the common man to understand… right?
