I love reading comics because here, I can escape the harsh realities and live with the fantasies. That’s why I avoid most of the comics, but enjoy the small group I have assembled for myself here.
I MISS the olden days, when most of the strips had at least a of the hat to acknowledge holidays – and this acknowledgement of the reasons for Memorial Day represents the type of tender sweetness which all children everywhere bring into our lives.
