What is he doing?
He’s doing something archaic. Prior to the rise of microchips, dog owners would tat some sort of registered ID inside the dog’s ear or inside thigh. Thighs were better, as ears could be…well…let’s say compromised.
Uh maybe but at least the vet might take the time to anesthetize
