My pussycat keeps the house spider and fly free. I reward her in a manly way.

Of course, if he’s not brave enough to take on the spider, she could always do it. Or is that not an option?

I’m the same way re: spiders. It’s funny I can(within reason) put my hand down and let them crawl on me but if that same spider were to fall, suddenly, on me I’d freak out!

JFri - I’m with Adam on this one! I feel nauseous when I see spiders. It’s not something I WANT to feel, it’s psychological reaction. I can’t help I have arachnophobia.

Since newspapers are all going digital, how do you smack the spider with a laptop? Throw your iphone at it?

Try having them in the shower with you. I do check, but sometimes they hide and then as you’re turning on water, getting in, etc. they start to jump/dangle(on web) down. Aghhhh!

My husband just ignores spiders. So, I’m the one that ends up killing them when they invade my space.

When you let fear control you, it dominates your life. Though you may overcome one thing, there will allways be anther to take it’s place. But with faith you can, overcome all fear.

I have a deathly fear of spiders. I was once bitten on the collar bone as a child it swelled up as large as a walnut.
