Rose… I didn’t think school was totally lame….I was kinda nerdy that way.A social misfit…but I liked the … I dunno… the school part of school….At home I didn’t have stuff like a chemistry lab, or the English and math teachers I liked.Hmmm…. come to think of it, I was lame, though, for part of it….knee problems and then surgery in 11th grade kept me on crutches most of that year.
I totally enjoyed my time in boarding school, but when I went back to public school, lame doesn’t being to describe it. I was using text books I’d had two years ago, had NO experience with the opposite sex, and was thoroughly miserable. Never so glad to get out of there!
