I paid 25$ for one of those neck support things at an airport and got off the plane with the stiffest neck of my life,and by the way,Monty didn’t say if the box contained 6 doughnuts,or 12 doughnuts,if it was 6 doughnuts then he ate half the box of doughnuts and shouldn’t get a refund,however if it was a dozen doughnuts then 3 represents 25 per cent of the total box and in my humble opinion he should in fact, get a refund provided he kept the receipt for said doughnuts…umm is anyone still reading this?

A little late, but, yes, I’m reading it. I like the logic, but don’t know how customer service regards it — it may depend on the store. My husband tried one of those neck pillows, too, but hasn’t used it in some time — I think he agrees with you.
