… As if there was EVER anything good on TV in the 1960’s lol.
I’ve had girlfriends like that.
Today’s strip was published the day of the launch of the Apollo 11
Rowan & Martin’s Laugh-In
I’m starting to think Sparky had something against Charlie Brown
I always thought he should get new friends…come to think of it, he did—-Peppermint Patty and Marcie.
Charlie Brown is certainly persistent. He’s rejected by his peers constantly, yet continues on. You’re a strong man, Charlie Brown!
Ah yes………. she of the naturally curly hair. Boo hiss………
Notice they didn’t say they would consider bringing Charlie Brown a present!
All 5 of my children watched Walt Disney and mom and dad did too. But they were outside as much as possible.
“Let them eat cake!” do that, and they will go for sure Charlie Brown.
you’re comparing tv today vs. tv of the 60’s?….this morning I watched the Three Stooges and the Lone Ranger…good tv never dies
Dark Shadows!
I found the 60s! They’re in a bunch of boxes with silvery plastic discs in them. Somebody’s been filling my spare room with them!
I realize I’ve been reading the comments too long: I went back through the comments to see who you were responding to. When I got to the top I saw the strip – and realized you were actually talking about the comic strip!
