Oh. I was unaware António Guiterres had been nominated. Hmm. I didn’t much like him as PM of Portugal but as UN High Commisioner for Refugees, I had. But then I would have a bias for him, eh?Amongst the official group it is mostly Eastern European…and I know nothing about any of them.
