    Nice dancing..Drawing talent, ideas, and the drive to produce something usually don’t all happen to the same person. Cartoonists don’t really need to be expert draftsmen or fine artists.

    @Randy_B

    Second that.When I was a student I won awards for my writing. Now I barely write at all, and when I do, it’s mostly for friends and family only. Why? Just because you’re good at something doesn’t mean you enjoy doing it, or want to share it with strangers. Sure, if someone offered me a load of cash, I’d probably write something for them, but no one offers a load of cash for poetry. The stuff is more like work to me than a form of self-expression. I do it well, but I’m not really motivated to do it without money being involved or someone I know directly asking me.

    The ironic thing is I’m a horrible musician, but I love playing guitar. Irony, eh?

    Sarah, this is the most greatest avatar image of all time in the history of time. I hope you don’t mind my sharing it with everyone else (I credit you in my profile).

    I can easily relate to this. All of my drawings look like they were done my a 9 year old. But then a 6 year olds drawings are five times better than mine
