It’s been my experience that they are ignorant of the computer and simply working from a dichotomous key. If you answer “no” to everything, they just go back to the beginning and start over. I generally have to ask for US tech support to intervene, because these “tech support” people you get with the American names and the heavy accents (sometimes too heavy to understand) are just asking you questions from a list and have no clue what any of it actually means. Sorry, I don’t mean to be politically incorrect, I’m just relating my experience. I’m sure they are trying to do a good job, but I’ll take the Genius Bar any day.
