Many years ago I used to walk through the local large department store, spot a kid, toss the pennies on the floor under displays (clothing), and walk away. Now when I have change in my pocket a find a kid, ask the parent if I could give them the change, telling them I worry when I hear the jiggle in pocket, thinking my hip is loose. I always get a smile and a yes.
