OHHH, it was the CHILI that exploded the prison and the chain cuffs. I thought it was gas from the prison beans.

Personally, I think this is all just a spate of day-to-day random mayhem demonstrating Rip’s crazy life. It’s a nice sorbet to the “wedding planning with the future mother-in-law” arc.I’ll bet Dan settles into a cohesive (for Rip) story arc soon.…Which will probably be punctuated with a wedding.

I think Dan is building to an awesome wedding story arc. I’m guessing Cobra and Dr. Payne will use the nuptials as a reason to commit a heinous crime, forcing Rip to be late to his own wedding (much to his mother-in-law to be’s chagrin).
