Today is our 34th anniversary. As usual, neither of usremembered about it until this morning. For some reason, July 2 just sneaks up on us. This is a marriage that was not supposed to last according to his family, my mother and all of my friends. My sister was the only one who supported us. Those friends? All have been divorced since then.
I’m having a LOT of trouble with my computer, it’s a wonder the above pic came out.Next Door Tech Guy is coming over next week, in the meantime I’m not going to post many pics, ’cause every 3rd one or so I get a bogus “Warning this is a harmful site, call this number ASAP for Microsoft tech help” The only way to get rid of the message is to log off and restart. They want your password to “take over” your computer to fix it. HAH!My cousin fell for it and lost everything on her computer.
LROS – he can have the cake. I’m going to have a sugar free Dilly bar later.
I agree with all of the comments on your computer issue. DO NOT call those people, ever. Only use somebody you really trust.
I have a guy that I met about 7 or 8 yrs ago. He had just quit working at Staples (one guy there gave me Ronnie’s name) and was just starting college in computer sciences or whatever it’s called to day.
Since then, I’ve seen him finish college, start his own business, have 2 children, build a house and earlier this year expand his business into double the square footage and add several more employees.
When he was just starting out, he made house calls. I was a regular!
Cat update: Buffy, a hefty grey girl, got a wonderful home this morning. A young woman is from Chicago and out here for about 5 months doing Shakespeare up in Cedar City. She brought her cat with her. When she’s done, Buffy will have nice road trip back to Chicago.
Susan picked up a little tuxedo girl at the shelter this morning. She got spayed on Wed. A very nice young family adopted her. The son was about 9 and the daughter was 7 – perfect ages for a kitten like this one.
At 3:00 Susan packed up and left. When she got home she got a call that someone was at PetCO wanting to adoptKaBob, the manx. She lives in the foothills of Hurricane and it’s a full 30 min trip back to PetCo. SO she called Jude, our other helper who lives closer and she went back to the store and now KaBob has a home.
That just left one, ca calico, down at PetCo. There are 2 kittens at the shelter but Linda won’t let us take them out. Grrrr.
Queen and Brad, Very Happy Anniversary on the beginning of your 35th year…Congratulations to both of you.Queen, great news on the adoptions…good job !!!
