Ditto bad week. Yesterday my husband and I attended the memorial service for a dear friend and church mentor, and last night we got word that another dear church friend passed away (just 2 weeks ago she was hale & hearty, celebrating a HUGE family reunion).
A 20 year old beagle must have had a long and loving life. You did all you could do and you must realize that he/she would want you to be watched over by another friend. If you don’t have another and can’t chase a puppy around the house, you should look at shelter dogs that are already adults and are waiting for a partner to be with. You were not meant to be alone.
