The telephone was actually first used when AGB called Watson to bring him a roll of paper when he ran out. This is what I call a “little known historical fact”, similar to the one about Abraham Lincoln actually being a Vampire Hunter.
“I’m thoroughly confused. Who provided the web address for the Lyons Foundation? Is this or is it not the organization that you founded? Who suggested that the name of your organization be renamed? When you say, “there will not be a website”, are you planning to take down your organization’s website because of a comment or comments made here? Are you playing us for fools? Since you never answered my questions, I’m still confused about who you are, the Lyons Foundation.”-1. The person who started that Lyons Foundation was Theo dis Lyons, III, NO Relation to me, Josh Lyons! Our relations consists of five families (mostly cousins). IF you bothered to read yesterday’s posting, you’ll see that I mentioned the year it started well, actually I just said we started TLF 16 years ago, I was wrong…we started 6 years ago (2010). As for this “Lyons Foundation”, I went to the site and it never mentioned the year it started! -2. There was never a website with this Lyons Foundation to begin with (mainly because I don’t how to create one!). We’re just a group of e-mail pen pals. Sorry to say, because one member of our group mentioned our e-mail address to a non-member, our e-mail address was changed. Our little group consists of 14 members (subject to change). When we started it, there were only 4.-3. We don’t play anyone for fools! My cousin has a saying:“The only person that plays someone for a fool is a fool himself!” In other words, many of you do a darn good job making fools of yourselves, what the heck do youneed me for? LOL. -Oh, and that’s one thing with me and my little friends (well some of them aren’t really little, but anyhow) our group is know for both low humor and dark humor (never blue humor). So get ready for a few snaps and put-downs. Just get use to it! I’m going away anytime soon. -Josh Lyons
Very similar in construction to the old paper tape dispensers that had a tank of water and a brush over which the tape would be pulled, wetting the glue to activate it.I suspect that this is an image that is part of industrial espionage intended to transmit the secret of the adhesive paper tape dispenser to foreign companies who would then dominate the market.
