We’ve been watching the track of Earl…..our kids live in Raleigh, and we know they won’t get the brunt of it, but we’re assuming they’ll get a bunch of wind and rain nonetheless.

I’m doing OK, have to get another CAT scan as a precaution. Leaky went to bed early tonight. How’d you hurt your finger, ML? I’ll look for the answer tomorrow. Good night, all!

Just saw a picture of some homes that are on the Outer Banks, and they weren’t boarded up!!!

Ah……Another day in the life of………….??

I wont be moving after all, Health issues mainly. The new building sits right next to a public bus transit center. There are buses coming and going 18 hours a day. I have bad COPD! The exhaust fumes can get pretty heavy, ergo……… I also have so much stuff, I don’t wish to trust to the hands of young inexperienced movers. (I remember the last move!!)

There are other issues, too, but that’s the main one.

Besides, I’m not sure I would know how to get all of the electronic &&^$()*^ back together again?? And I would be off line for an indefinate period, unable to connect with all my online friends.

Wish you the best for you on your move? My prayers will be directed to your situation ( YES, I DO PRAY!!) sometimes..
