Pete’s lawn is the local dog park. Don’t recall seeing a lot of dogs in the Sahara.

Well, the artwork looks a bit different too….so I was going to guess that this is an old strip, and maybe from a time when it ran in black and white.No need to guess, though….if you look closely at the white bar between panels 1 and 2, it quite clearly says “© 2011”So I went to Daddy’s Home for July 25th. 2011 just in case it ran on the same date that year…and it did.

But it was in color.Click the link and check it out.

So chances are, it was a glitch, and by sometime tomorrow the color version will show up…and later arrivals will read these comments and say “But it’s in color!”

It’ll be interesting to see whether the color is different… sometimes it is.Actually…since Tigressy says it’s on Facebook…yep….the new one is the same colors but much paler…less saturated.

And Tony posted a “non-question”, too…he says “Oh I get it.” So I guess the question is, “Do you?”

Yeah! Get What? TILT!!!

Our lawn is lush and green. We have four springs in the front lawn alone. We don’t call this “The Rice Paddy” just to be cute, y’know.

Now, that’s a question you may ask repeatedly!

What with the drought, California has mostly brown lawns (except the golf courses, whose owners don’t care). Some people are getting smart and planting water wise yards, and plan on keeping them when the rains return.

What? Is it Wednesday already? Peter only talks to Stan on Wednesdays.

It was crisp and crunchy, but we’ve had some rain over the past 2 weeks, so it’s not bad right now.
