Since everyone knows that fish can’t talk, Fish is probably communicating with Poncho telepathically. The stress of rolling down the hill will probably trigger Fish to develop telekinesis as well. Using the newly awakened power of his mind he will be able to steer the wagon to a safe spot where he will begin to develop a plot to take over the world….
