Neighbor has a little rat dog that always escapes thru the fence to come out barking and snapping at my 90# retriever who totally ignores it. She always runs out apologizing saying she doesn’t know how it keeps getting out. Today I again told her no problem, but I did say she should know that it her dog came out and confronted a Pit Bull, German Shepard, Rottweiler, or other dog that has no patience, she may be sorry.
