I wonder what bait the constable uses.

Flo might allow Andy to change his job.

Give a man a fish, feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, watch his beer consumption go way up.

I’ve got a picture somewhere of my Dad and one of my Uncles with a stringer of crappie they caught one day in Ocean Lake, Wyoming. There are 100+ fish on that stringer. This was in the mid 50s. long before anyone thought of catch limits.I was 10 or 11, and hated fish. My only experience at that time had been frozen fish sticks, and I’d rather eat dirt than fish.Since then I’ve come to appreciate the wonderfulness of fried pan fish.

I never put bait on my hooks while fishing. If you use bait then a fish might bite it and that would interrupt my beer drinking. Not only would I have to pull the fish in but have to take it off the hook and decide whether to throw it back in or carry it home, clean it and get the wife to cook it.

Nobody likes a smart alec.

@beviek did you happen to see Lucy on DIck Cavette? it was on just the other day! She talked about doing this sciene with Harpo. Said it was no esy task.

Sometimes he even catches Andy.
