Oh No! You cats can’t turn Jack in. He’s worth so much more to you. Hide him quick! Besides, I could never get used to saying I read Nine Cats. bbear – I love the pictures. Can’t really pick a favorite but ’Where’s my coffee’ is definitely me.
@Happy, my 2 would agree with that Bugs Bunny poster. One of the wild rabbits that live in and around our complex was munching the clover in my back garden Sunday and the boys were beside themselves trying to get off the back deck to go after it. The rabbit of course just ignored them :-)
I didn’t have time to read the comments to the past few day’s strips while I was at the library yesterday. I always check e-mails first and I sent a sort of long e-mail to a friend and that used up half of my computer time. Then I looked at yesterday’s Ten Cats and added a comment. Then I just copied the 3 days of Ten Cats comics and comments that I missed because of work and the fact the library is closed on Sundays. So I’m behind on commenting on comments. So here goes:
I am Happy, Happy, Happy that Happyx3 finally got a van! Let me add my congratulations to all the others. It has been a long haul. I hope it gives you many years of great service!
As for Neal’s picture of the one eyed kitten – he is so adorable! He may have hopes of being adopted. I would adopt one like him in a heartbeat (can’t adopt anyone now since I already have 21 cats). My sister has a friend who always chooses to adopt the “unwanted”, the special needs cats most others won’t take. I’ve had “special” cats. Angel (now we’re talking back in the 1970’s) went blind to secondary glaucoma, but got around just fine. I loved her to bits and cried my eyes out when she died one year a few days before Christmas. I sang to her as she died (you don’t want to hear me sing) a song called Christmas Angel, but I changed the words to suit a cat instead of a girlfriend or lover. Sneakers got cancer and had to have a leg amputated at the age of 9 or 10. He lived another 9 years. I’ll keep that little kitten in my prayers that he will find a loving home. He is so ADORABLE!
I have my transportation problem to Medford to pick up the van figured out.Enterprise Rent a Car, one way.Even with the drop-off fee its still under $200.00Better than a looong buss ride.AND, there is an Enterprise right here in Newport.
No, no, NOOOO. Chesney deserves to be dyed black and white and handed in to the authorities instead of Mr. Jack Soames….well, at least scare him enough that that’s going to be done….will he learn a lesson?

Does anyone know what those cage/wall things that you put into the back of a station wagon or mini van to turn the back into a safe dog kennel area?

I confess, every time I go back to that image I struggle to find the cat. I’m glad that some of you found it amusing.
