Not everyone fits this. And how are you doing wrong by not fitting the parameters. Sounds like just a means of dissing this. You to seem to be thinking, without reason, that this is the only way for everyone. It isn’t and I shouldn’t have to tell you both that. It should be obvious.
I realize it probably isn’t practical for this format, but it would be nice to see the characters brainstorming solutions to various problems. Ex, what if you’re injured and can’t walk to work for weeks?
I didn’t do any driving until I was in my 30s. Once I got a car, it was like taking a Limitless pill. My whole life opened up. But it’s a habit you have to maintain if you don’t want to go back to being closed off from everything again.
I guess this should be called Poorcraft for city living for the young. It sure doesn’t work for the suburbs or rural living or those of us with permanent injuries.

Most people can never be in walking distance of work. Buses help, but you must walk to them.
