I would start by telling people that I am impossible to live with.

That dog is gonna chew up her shoes.

In the first place, i don’t want to be within walking distance of anyone. I like having land where I can get up and just step outside to do some shooting. I raise quite a bit of my own food so I’m certain that it is living cheaper than what she would find.

The conditions of the house, the ammount of rent, what the person looks in a roomie, and of course, tell about you too.

Be fully informed and fully open.

I thought this was about living well. Roommates never ends well. – They start off as friends -end as eternal enemies and poorer for it -less pocket cash. I saw it too often in college that’s why I never made that mistake.

I’d probably be safer with a roommate, given my heath situation, but the thought scares the dickens out of me.

I have no wish to be vomited upon again, or have unwanted guests bearing drugs again, or pretend to be asleep while being loudly drunkenly trashtalked about again.

You have to be careful about who you pick as roommates.

Let’s face it, this strip,just offers over simplistic and often just bad advice that may actually do some harm to someone naive enough to take it seriously.

Do you suppose it is actually irony and supposed to be funny?
