For which he’s very thankful. He’s avoided the rat race.

Todd and Marvin come as a pair, don’t try to separate them.

Nighthawks and StelBel are cooking up more puzzles:

Yesterday I got the first two easily, but I wore out my scrolling finger on the third.

Marvin is like Todd’s security blanket. He falls apart without him. He even holds his lips still and lets Marvin speak for him to deflect criticism.

I guess we all know by now…

Day 2 of the puzzle “Fun Page”

is now posted, as the September 20th  2020 “CLEO and COMPANY” strip, on Sherpa!

Well… unless you just stumbled upon these comments while making your way through a few years of old Ballard Street forums…

and didn’t realise that those of us posting in 2020 were actually here for the Cleo strip….

in which case… follow one of the links above and come join us!

Tigressy’s link goes to the strip that corresponds with the comments on this page.

Dennis’ will take you to the current Cleo, or at least the most recent one on Sherpa…

even if you happen to find this some time in the future.

Meanwhile… solve away, my puzzle pals and Cleo fans…

I’ll be back in a while with the THREE solutions.

I had to look at this one on the tablet that I had to turn sideways. It was fantastic. Is there any way you could do this every weekend, please? Maybe one of these years, they’ll move Cleo to the main page instead of deleting it.

    Oops… got a bit distracted….

Doesn’t look like the crowds were waiting with bated breath, anyway…

so here, in time for your morning… come the official solutions.

As usual… don’t peek before you tried to solve the puzzles!

I’d say today’s were somewhat harder than yesterday’s… but that makes them more fun.

Did anybody do the last one as directed… ie, staring for three minutes, then truly not looking at it again while you tried to answer?

    Not easy!

I did so much better on the second try… LOL….

Good morning, Ballardeers! Q Date: 191.98320.12 And the last day of summer (the REAL one) starts in the 40s and sunny.

The wedding went off without any visible hitches. The bride was beautiful (Of course). Beautiful sunny day.

All center table decorations were hand made by the bride. ( https://postimg.cc/nXW41RGQ )

Instead, Todd got into pest control. Not an easy line of work on Ballard Street, considering how amazingly intelligent critters are living here.

Here you can see him showing off his company “mascot”.

I’m sorry Todd, it doesn’t matter how many ribbons and bells you put on it.

A head on a pike is gruesome.

Yes, these were much harder. My favorite one was the first one. Much too hard for every week. The 9 differences are a piece of cake (compared to these).
