Since when is Mu Shu Pork kosher? But the shrimp is very popular {not kosher, either]. A Jewish colleague claims her rabbi says kosher is a suggestion, not a requirement. Maybe that is what they reformed.
Kosher is just a figment of imagination. It still tastes the same either way!!!
That’s supposedly how they took out (no pun intended) the last Red Chinese leader who passed his freshness date.
