The worst part is the dogs take a couple weeks to adjust.

Indiana’s former (Republican) governor forced the state onto DST by taking the language out of an unrelated bill that had been passed and putting the DST language in. It was called “Strip and Insert”, pretty much what it was.

Gain or lose … doesn’t matter to me … I live on a two hour “margin for error.”

The part I hate is having to get up at 2:00 a.m. to change the clocks.

Thank you for letting me know I’m not the only one who always forgets and gets confused!

Thankful for using my smartphone as my alarm clock. It automatically makes the adjustment. My more traditional alarm/bed side clock now just has a switch that I can flip to turn on or off DST. Much easier to change the time.

Don’t worry, the sun will still come up in the morning.

as a ‘plugger’ it makes no difference to anyone what time I go to sleep or get up, so I wait to the morning to be surprised what time it is….

The U.S. federal Uniform Time Act became law on April 13, 1966, that’s 50 years that we have had DST. We should’ve gotten used to it by now. At least I have, anyway.
