Actually, I once wrote an SF novel that quoted Asimov’s Three Laws of Robotics. My editor suggested that I contact Isaac first to make sure there wouldn’t be any problems with that. He wrote back saying that he never gives permission to anyone else to use his Laws in their works. So, just assume that no other universe knows about the Three Laws and leave it at that. Then run, because Emmie is pissed.
Better talk to Dr. Morbius about Robbie and his “Built-in inhibitions against harming rational life”. Of course, that’s only using the First Law, not all three.
