700 years is plenty of experience, though you can only hold so much in your brain, it will be pushed out for new information as was shown so ably in Dr. Who last year with the girl given immortality. So she keeps extensive library of her experiences even to the present almost 2,000 years. The only way is as if she could keep it in some kind of invisible cloud to draw on. But no such thing for her.
