For great jalapeno jelly, I just dice a pepper or two and thoroughly mix it into a jar of your favorite jelly or preserves. Chill until serving. Great on buttered cornbread, cream cheese on crackers, or ?

Some time ago, a relative gave me a small jar of jalapeno jelly. I was amazed, it was very tasty.

Spoon Jalapeno jelly on a brick of cream cheese and spread on a cracker. YUM!

Jalapenos are for sissies â interchangeable with dill pickles. Use habaneros. Theyâll wake up your taste buds and put a sparkle in your eye.
