To those who asked about my hand/wrist. I seem to have gotten the results that I wanted from the surgery. I am able to sleep without pain. My fingertips still tingle, and that worries me. But I have been assured that this is not problematic.
According to the papers I was given on discharge, I can remove the bandaging materials on Tuesday. I have an appointment to see the surgeon on December 5th to have the sutures removed. There has been very little pain involved.
It must be a holiday weekend here in the States, I could only find five pictures worth posting. A cute kitten post. To a kitten in a cage at the Humane Society who wants to be adopted, Gravity is just an option.
This happens to all of us. We look into the mirror after a haircut to see what the damages are. This orange kitty has been shaved. Why? This picture is funny, not because some idiot shaved the cat, but because of the expression on the cat.

Is that her home, and her father, in the last panel?

Well done Annie.

Bluebell had an outing! I feel the same way about birds locked up in small cages, but miss having a parakeet or two like I did as a child.

This kitty is horrified to watch his human drop a turkey into a deep fryer. Hopefully kitty is watching from far away.

This orange kitty is not too pleased to be one of the “loved ones” to be buckled up by it’s owner.

The significance of the hats in the second last panel eludes me.

Dad, I have a sad face because I let the canary out and the neighbor’s cat ate her.

One of the few times we see Annie at her home, where she lives with her grandparents.

Bluebell looks adorable walking alongside Annie. A most unusual strip today. Lily and Jellybean need outings of their own.
.. . . . . . .
@bbear…good to hear you can sleep much better after surgery. Maybe the ‘tingling’ will disappear as time rolls on.

As far as the hats…well, they are BEHIND glass….otherwise I too am stumped as to the significance. Nice to see her granddad.
