I used to have a cottage in Quebec. It had a large south facing picture window and every winter I would turn off the electricity. At least once a month I would go and check on it to be sure everything was alright. There would always be dozens of flies hibernating on the window sill. I would turn on the electricity just long enough to warm up the place and wake the flies. Then I’d turn it off again. hehehe.
