Mine always read:
“Does good work on time, but is an attitude case.
Also tells truth to power.”
I always told my boss that if I got a bad review he would get even less work from me. It worked in part because we were in civil service jobs and I couldn’t be fired and because I was the best producer in his squad!
I’d just get her a 24 pack of water bottles.
Had a great review once that had the comment “Gets along great with her comakers.” Teased her about that typo because we were friends.
