Walt is supposed to be a WWI veteran. But the last known WWI veteran in the world died several years ago. He is the last of the original cast and if he were real he would have to be 118 years old, the oldest living man in the United States. All his contemporaries have died.His adopted son is in his 90s. It’s bad enough Rufus and Joel never age. They should have both died decades ago. Enough is enough. Uncle Walt must die.

She is his caretaker not his lady friend. They may be friends but it is her job to look after him.

There is a lady in France who just celebrated her 117th birthday so it is possible for Walt to still be with us.
