My Sophie (35 lbs) has learned to use her front teeth to pluck at the tennis ball cover until she has a handle to grip it with. Then she can pick up two at once. She’ll even sling it a hundred feet or so once she has a handle.

I knew an Australian shepherd who simultaneously carried a tennis ball, a piece of thick rope, and a thick stick while trying to pick up another stick.
Your in the baby league Sophie, Alex could get 3 to 4 in his mouth. Plus he popped a soccer ball and beach ball and looked at us like “why did they break”
