Out of curiosity, I Googled it. It turns out, in the American version of Monopoly, there is no property rent worth $1600. The closest are: Park Place with a motel ($1500) and Boardwalk with 4 houses ($1700). Utilities cost a maximum of $120, (rolling a 12 × 10 for having both utilities) and Railroads max out at $200 for owning all four.
