    Not so. Whether or not one believes in the stories of Christ (either Biblical or popular), the celebration, decoration, exchanging of gifts, and increased good feeling and good will are all real, even though not universal.

    Also, the biblical accounts of Jesus Christ and His miracles are given attestation in over 50 extra-scriptural sources. Treggie and Flo may believe whatever they want, but not all beliefs are true.

    I believe Santa will magically cure my hangover in the morning so I’m going to get totally blitzed tonight. Maybe I’ll even drive around in a drunken state because I believe Santa will protect everyone this magical night. Merry Christmas to all!
