When I was in school, I hated reading. Now that I’m out, I can’t stop reading. Of course I read what I like to read now. I understand the mandatory reading lists to give you an idea of the kind of literature that’s available, but when I went to school it was limited to specific books and not categorized by genre. Also fun stuff like science fiction was not represented on the lists.
