Reminds me I saw one write 2k17 online instead of 2017, gave me a migraine.
2017 is a prime number and part of a “sexy prime” pair, along with 2011. There is probably something interesting about 217, but I leave that to others.

When I “read” the strip again, the theme from Fractured Fairly Tales (original version) began playing in my head.
It should be his year; flip it 180 deg and it says LIOZ.
