kinda like when there is too cold all around. One way could be to heat the entire place, which obviously has a high price; the other option is to use a sweater or in other words, heat just the space you are using.
Not ideal to keep adapting on arbitrary things, but in this case, one option could be just to use noise cancelling headphones. Some brands even allow to choose how much ambient sound vs. input sound is allowed through the headphones
