If there were a collective award for Sports Jerks, I would gladly nominate this year’s NFL Referees.

I’m a retired football ( soccer ) referee and believe in giving my fellow officials the benefit of the doubt. It’s not an easy job – no matter what sport.

BUT….This year’s NFL officiating has got to be the worst ( collectively ) I have ever seen, in all the years I’ve followed American football.

The winning playoff teams, this weekend did so in spite of , not because of the refs. !

So he will dredge up 400,000 used condoms?

Those are the unused ones!

Colin Kaepernick! A Sports Jerk of the Year Award would be a nice balance to the “Most Inspirational NFL Player” he’ll probably get at the ESPY’s!
