Somehow I’m reminded of the old Three Stooges routine where they’d knock a hole in the bottom of the boat to “let the water out”……

Part of my Rescue training was submerged vehicle escape. Wait for the car to fill. That equalizes pressure, then open a door or roll down a window and slip out.
I can think of way better ways to be awakened from a little nap.
