J.J: Zeke, I just love it! What a neato place to spend our summer! Zeke: Come on. I want to show you the upstairs. J.J: Wow... how long have you had this place, Zeke? Zeke: Just a few months. The previous owner has been missing in Iran since last September. As his trusted confidant and caretaker, it fell on my shoulders to take on the responsibilities of sole heir. J.J: What if he shows up? Zeke: No problem. There's a spare bedroom over the garage.
