In the 22 years between the two world wars, France was controlled by 40 different governments. Ralph and Carolyn Cummings had five children between 1952 in 1966- all were born on February 20th! Fraternal twins Irene Crump and Phyllis Jones of Stourport-On-Severn, England, celebrated 100 years together on November 20, 2016.
