    Wow… bacon is lesser?

    That’s news to many people.

     

    OK, well, when you think about it…. I suppose bacon comes from what would be a “lesser” cut……

    fatty, tough, etc….

    but it’s a prime example (yeah yeah, pun intended) of what can be done to transform the least promising part into a thing of beauty.

     

    A little smoke, a little creative slicing…. proper cooking… and behold, an object of great desire.

    A great lesson for you, Allen.

    You have all the raw material you need…now get to work.

    Transform thyself… all things are possible.
