Me thinks he’s thinkin’ Bacon.

Yeah, if I have to come back as a lesser cut, make it bacon! Or the hanging tender, so I will always sound sexy, and there is only one per animal..

Forget the quality, Allen. It’s the size of the portion.

That’s news to many people.

OK, well, when you think about it…. I suppose bacon comes from what would be a “lesser” cut……

fatty, tough, etc….

but it’s a prime example (yeah yeah, pun intended) of what can be done to transform the least promising part into a thing of beauty.

A little smoke, a little creative slicing…. proper cooking… and behold, an object of great desire.

A great lesson for you, Allen.

You have all the raw material you need…now get to work.

Transform thyself… all things are possible.

FYI, bacon is not a ‘lesser’ cut.
