Bellevue Hospital is still there, in NYC’s lower east side, but they now pump their inmates (oops, I meant patients) up with psychedelic drugs instead of tying them up in strait jackets. Progress?

They should have simply let Duke talk with Alice. Pay the hospital for a two-person room and put the two of them in it. She’ll understand him, accept him as he is, talk with him calmly and (to him) cogently, and ultimately she’ll coach him back to reality.

Time to throw in some more trump references GT. Maybe it will help. Too much cray in the news. We now see news of a Texas woman who will have an 8 year prison term for illegally voting. She voted for Romney in 2012 and the Texas AG who is in the GOP, in 2014. Oh, the irony. The Texas AG is now prosecuting her and she voted for him. She will also be deported, an obvious political whooping boy with a 6th grade education. And trump said yesterday he would have won New Hampshire if it weren’t for illegal voting there. There is no such evidence.

The asylum is not for returning you to normal but rather to train you to act like other peoples idea of normal. Until you can act normal without looking like your acting, you can not leave. Unless your insurance is up, then you’re sane instantly. Only a truly insane asylum would put up with crazy people for free. Sheer madness, that.
