This is honestly the only flaw I have with Marcus. I’m a penny-pincher too but I know how to budget my dollars. I know when to spend and when not to spend, I know how to pay my bills. The fact that Marcus cannot contribute to his own bills makes me annoyed.

i don’t believe Marcus has that type of attitude. compare him to any other athlete that only flaunts their wealth, and see if you still feel that way about him. also, Ray is appreciative of the job Marcus got for him, so he probably does’nt mind picking up the check. that being said, yeah, Marcus could pick up a check or two…or three
