What’s even worse are foreign films that are dubbed in English, like every Bruce Lee flick ever made. They can never quite get them in synch. They’re funny to watch for awhile, though. Then it becomes annoying, and I have to tune out.
This sounds like most of the gringo expats living down in my neck of paradise.
All they do is hang out with each other in some faux gringo bar, complaining that all the Ecuatorianos are so lazy, because they don’t make an effort to learn English !

I’ve seen foreign films with a few lines done by English-speaking actors. The delivery’s usually so bad, I start to miss the subtitles.

Actors mumble so much these days and the music is so loud that you need subtitles for everyone.

I only buy British foreign films. I don’t do films that need subtitles.
